The first thing you want to do of course is download the OpenVoter 2.0.3 package.

The next step is to upload all the files to your web server. The best method is FTP, so use your favorite FTP client (FileZilla, Transmit, etc)
and upload them to the directory where OpenVoter is installed overwriting everything. Keep in mind that if you made any personal changes, you
should back the customizations up beforehand. Also, if you are using the full non-upgrade package, you will have to save or re-create your config.php
file as the full package has the base version. This is not an issue with the upgrade package as there is no config.php file to overwrite.
Step 4: Run the Update Script
The next step is to quickly run the update script. If your site is http://www.example.com, then you would go to http://www.example.com/ov-admin/update-site.php
It will then run the update and give you a message when complete.
